The goal of the project was to have easy access to the swim platform. we spend alot of time on moorings and at anchor. the door makes it very easy to rig the inflatable and install the outboard motor. It is also great for swimming off the boat and ease of entry/exit to the cockpit. Not to mention it makes it alot easier to bring fish aboard instead of lashing them to the swim platform!
