The icebox died and we found we never used it away from the dock so we made it a wine rack. We left the plumbing and electrical in place and made the wine rack a push in box that can be easily removed with no damage. The vanity will only work with this design in boats that do not have portholes. You could still do a modified version if you have portholes. The cabinet was made out of teak with mirrored doors to match original vanity.

The extra space is great!
