OTHER INFORMATION:  This is a three owner boat that has been well cared for. I bought her three years ago from the second owner who was a mechanic. He assured me the engines were ready for the 22 hours trip up the coast. The boat ran perfectly for me and I got her to the new home port. Since then I have been going over all the systems in the entire vessel. I could not possibly list all the parts I have changed and the systems I have upgraded but I can assure you that EVERYTHING WORKS. If it didn’t, I rebuilt it or replaced it. I also repaired all the usual egg harbor maladies such as leaks and rot in the bulkheads. There is no more water coming into her now. I have spent $25,000 in parts and material since I have her. This would easily have been $60,000 if done by a Marina yard. The boat is very clean and the bright work was done to a professional grade. Again by me. Here is a list of the major work. Completely stripped bottom (not one blister) and barrier coat 2004, New bimini and enclosure, new vacu-flush toilet system (works amazing) new Raymarine C80 with sounder intergraded, Repair of entire fly bridge deck and bulkheads of water damage, new cutlass bearings in both rudders and propeller shafts, Upgraded interior, All new engine parts on both engines and generator as follows: all and I mean all belts, hoses, heat exchangers, coolers starters, alternators, batteries, Battery cables, fuel pumps main (engines only) Oil pump on starboard engine, water pump on port engine, complete new air sep system and crank case drain containers.

It breaks my heart to sell her. I have literally 100’s of hours of TLC into her. You cannot buy another boat that has been gone over like this one. This boat will fly through a survey.
