OTHER INFORMATION: I am the second owner and I have owned this Egg Harbor 33 since 1979.   The house was wooded and West System applied and Awlgriped.  Bridge was replaced with teak Rails and console tops.  All areas of weakness were reinforced and boat has been Awlgriped several times since then. Last time was in  2006-7 Almost all mechanical have been replaced and upgraded. This boat has been constantly maintained and upgraded over the 30 years I have owned her. The boat has always been in a Boat Shed  in winter and is in excellent condition.  Last survey placed value at $55,000 and is presently insured for same. I have been unable to fully utilize her in the past 10 years so have decided to sell. She has been a wonderful family boat and will be for her future owner. She is ready to launch.
